Please note:
- Our maximum occupancy is 35 people (and as we are a small space, it is quite snug when at full occupancy)
- Our space is available to rent M-F, 4:30-10PM
- We require one weeks advance notice (but will make exceptions if we can)
- We do not charge space rental fees! However, we require a minimum of $1000 to be spent on food & beverage combined.
- Should your party not reach the required minimum, we charge the remaining balance (before tax) as a "space rental fee".
- The aforementioned minimums reserve you 2 hours of party time. Should you choose to extend, we add an additional flat $100 per hour to the final bill
- We charge sales tax (8.5%) plus an 18% service fee to the final bill
- We require a credit card at time of booking and charge a $100 nonrefundable deposit which goes towards your final bill
- We can also offer a sit-down dinner for 18 people max, served family style

- Pork Meatballs: italian style pork meatballs served in a slow roasted tomato sauce $3 per meatball**
- Buttermilk fried chicken with carrot-apple slaw & house made hot sauces $4 per piece
